Richard and Fiona McFadzean are the principal dentists at Linburn
Dental Practice.
We thoroughly enjoy working in Dunfermline and are always looking to improve
the services we provide to our patients. We feel very fortunate to have a hard
working, professional and friendly team which makes life much easier! Having
two children and busy NHS practices to run doesn't leave much time left but if
we do have spare time we like to socialise with friends and relax with the
kids.

I graduated as a dental Hygienist from Glasgow Dental Hospital in 1983 and after several years and another degree I went full circle retrained as a dentist and graduate again from Glasgow in 2003.
I did my MFDS in 2005, certificate of implantology 2007 at Aberdeen Implant institute and began mentoring overseas students in my own practice at the same time. In 2011, I became a Vocational Dental Trainer and work with Post Graduate dentists in their first year of practice. I have a keen interest in facial aesthetics such as anti- wrinkle injections, fillers for marionette line, nasolabial folds, jawlines and lips etc and have many certificates in the subject. I have carried out these procedures since 2013. I also do cosmetic dentistry for veneers, Six Months Smile and Invisalign. In my spare time I dance tango, ceroc and salsa.

I graduated from Dundee Dental School in 2004. I joined the Linburn team in 2016 and enjoy all aspects of dentistry.I have a keen interest in oral surgery. Outside the world of dentistry most of my spare time is spent with my 2 little boys.
Asel Nawroz BDS, MFDS, MSc.

I am an experienced dental surgeon and graduated from the University of Dundee in 2005 and have joined the team at Linburn. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry particularly oral surgery after working for many years in the oral and maxillofacial department within the hospital sector. I have also worked in the Community Dental sector but have now been in general practice for the past eight years.
I have a keen interest in facial aesthetic treatment and have gained a Master of Science degree in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary University London.

I graduated from Leeds Dental institute in 2005. In 2006, I moved to Scotland and have worked in general practice in Lothian and Fife ever since. i enjoy walking, music, cinema and spending time with my family.

I studied Dentistry in Constanta, Romania at Ovidius University and graduated in 2007. After practicing dentistry in Romania between 2007 and 2013 I moved to Scotland, where I’ve been working as a dentist ever since, gathering over 11 years of experience in dental practice. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry and my goal is simply to make my patients to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible whilst under my care.

practice since early 2011. The friendly staff and patients make it a pleasure
to work here. I enjoy all areas of General Dental Practice with particular
interest in restorative dentistry. I regularly attend courses to ensure my
knowledge and skills are up to date.

I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry but especially working with Anxious patients and children. In my spare time I enjoy playing the flute and piano. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and my two rabbits.

I graduated from the University of Dundee in 2018 and since then i have worked in Fife. I joined Linburn in 2021 and enjoy all aspects of general dentistry, particularly paediatrics and restorative. I have been recently appointed as a Vocational Trainer for NHS Education Scotland and will be training recent graduates in the practice. Outside of work I love the outdoors and keeping fit. I am a keen golfer and love rugby and spending time with friends.

Fiona since 2010 at our sister practice. I started as a decontamination nurse
and have since progressed to become a dental nurse.
In my spare time i enjoy playing lawn bowls and spending time with family.

Hi my name is Nicole, I joined Linburn originally as a patient in 2016 and as a Dental Nurse in 2023 after qualifying from Granton College. I have a keen interest in patients with anxiety, infection prevention, and first aid. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my 3 kids, family and friends.

I started at Linburn in January 2020 as a Decontamination Nurse. I’m enjoying learning new things at work and meeting new people. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends.

I started working at Linburn April 2023 as a trainee nurse/decontamination nurse. Everyone has been welcoming and I have enjoyed getting to know the team. Outside of work I love going to concerts and walking dogs.

enjoy working in the practice and meeting new people each day. We have an
excellent team who work very well together and we are constantly trying to
